Online Admission लेने के बाद 1. College Admission Form Sem-IV (Photo Copy), 2. U. G. Sem-III Admit Card (Photo Copy), 3. U. G. Sem-III Admission Receipt (Photo Copy) महाविद्यालय (College) में अनिवार्यतः जमा कर दें, तभी उनका नामांकन मान्य होगा, कॉलेज द्वारा मांगे जाने पर कॉलेज में प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

  • Note:- फॉर्म भरते समय जिन छात्र/छात्रा का ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कट गया हो और नामांकन पूरा नही हुआ हो, वैसे छात्र/छात्रा दोबारा पेमेंट नहीं करे, वो अपना Unique Form Id, नाम और पेमेंट Payment Id यहाँ दिए हुए WhatsApp नंबर तथा ईमेल पर भेज दें और 24 Hours तक इंतज़ार करें।

Filling up the Online Admission Form Instructions.

  1. For fill form, you must have Login Id and Password of Graduation Sem-III
  2. For Login by clicking on the “Graduation Sem-IV Login for fill Admission Form
  3. The entire online application process is divided into five tabs (sections/pages) and the applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly. There is a Preview page has modification option before going to the Print Form. Correct using modification option if any Data fill mistakenly.
  4. There are only online payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and UPI).

Required Documents (Scanned Copy in .JPG Format).

  1. Scanned Photograph, Dimensions 200 pixels width x 230 pixels height and size of the Photograph is not more than 50 KB.
  2. Scanned Signature, Dimensions 140 pixels width x 60 pixels height and size of the Scanned Signature is not more than 30 KB.
  3. Admit Card of U.G. Sem-III, Size of the scanned documents is not more than 150 KB.

Admission Fees (Graduation Sem-IV)

    1. Male (GEN, BC, EBC, EWS) Admission Fees - Rs. 2005.00 (Practical Subject (Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Home Science, Zoology & Psychology) के लिए Rs. 600.00 अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगेगा), CIA Exam Fee - Rs. 100.00, Online Processing Charge - Rs. 100.00
    2. Male (SC, ST) & Female (All) - Online Processing Charge- Rs. 100.00
